Returns and exchanges can be processed within 14 days of delivery. We want you to love your skincare journey with us.

Requirements

  • • Original packaging intact
  • • All seals and safety tabs unbroken
  • • Items in original condition

Important: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened skincare products.

How to Return or Exchange

Email us at returns@bare-plus.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

Get Authorization

We'll provide a return authorization number and prepaid shipping label.

Package Items

Securely package items in original condition with return authorization number.

Ship Back

Drop off at any shipping location or schedule a pickup. Processing takes 3-5 business days.

We Cover Shipping When

  • • We sent the wrong item
  • • Product arrived damaged
  • • Item is defective
  • • Missing items from your order
  • • Quality issues with the product

Customer Covers Shipping When

  • • Change of mind (unopened items)
  • • Ordered wrong product
  • • No longer needed
  • • Skin reaction (unopened only)
  • • Personal preference change

Refund Information

Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. The refund will appear on your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Refund Amount

You'll receive a full refund of the product price. Original shipping charges are only refunded if the return is due to our error.

Items We Cannot Accept

• Opened or used skincare products

• Items without original packaging

• Products with broken seals or tampered packaging

• Items returned after 14 days

• Gift cards or digital products

• Final sale or clearance items (marked as such)
